Bought these on a whim but will continue buying now that I have tasted perfection. I am not a fan of pepper until now. I always assumed pepper was.....well....pepper. I cannot begin to describe the difference these peppercorns make foods taste. It's almost as if the food takes on another dimension. They are flavorful, aromatic and whether using freshly ground on your foods or cooking with them they add a unique twist without adding heat or that powdery aftertaste that is common with preground black pepper. If you want to kick your food into the next level without any effort these are a must have. My family actually did a blind taste test of these peppercorns ground, black peppercorns ground and a container of ground black pepper on potatoes to see if there truly was a difference. All 5 of us chose these over black peppercorns freshly ground and the preground packaged pepper. They are quite economical and once you try them you will see the difference too.I chose Viva Doria Rainbow Peppercorn to replace my expired stale tasting pepper. I'm glad I did. This brand is really fresh and makes the food burst with flavor. It adds a WOW to any food I use it on. I recommend this if you want to go beyond basic black pepper.We bought these to refill our pepper grinder. They have a great flavor and look pretty in the grinder.
