Purchased 2/2017, used infrequently for metal cutting. On/off switch failed 11/2022. The switch near the 1/4 in chuck is connected to the electrical system by a plastic arm. You can remove the cover from the bottom end of the tool but not top near switch which is where it failed, I suspect due to heat. The tool gets too hot for bare handed use after more than a couple of minutes at low RPM. Replacement parts are available from aftermarket.
