It is unique among Central American Coffees being highest grown (SHG grade: Strictly High Grown) which do not develop the pronounced and sharp acidity of other Centrals. CUP NOTES: Medium to full bodied with a balanced aroma combining mild tanginess with a mild, toasty sweetness. The acidity is balanced as well, softly sweet yet brisk.
