I have ordered various products from TSM over the years. I needed a more course grind and ordered this plate. I was very unhappy with the quality of the holes. Each hole had a 1/2 ring bur hanging in each hole. I had to use a small round file to clean them out. I had to further debur them myself, which was not cool. See pics. Note, the small particles are from my filing. The partial rings were what were in the holes. I did not return due to needing the plate now as well as avoiding the hassle of returning / reordering another brand.Nice stainless steel plate .353" thick and 2.734" diameter.My Korean made Bull 1hp grinder housing is 2.710 so I had to remove .024" of material with a sanding wheel to make it fit.Fits my Czecho Porkert 10 .The plate I received was carbon steel, not stainless. Label was correct, but the box and plate were labeled as carbon steel.Great price, super service. Works like it should. Sharp. I use this for making pickle relish. The size gives a nice coarse grind to my cukes.goodgood product
