My dogs and visiting ones love to chew on these.I originally received these free through the Vine program, and my small dog loves these things. She has anxiety, especially when we're away from home, and therefore tends to be a chewer, and these have helped greatly for her sometimes destructive chewing, as these are her go-to for her chewing.We have raved about these to friends and family, who have inquired about them, and we've wound up sharing one of the sticks with multiple people who all say that it has quickly become their dog's favorite thing.Due to the success of these with our dog, as well as friends an family members' dogs, we decided to purchase more of these.Pros:Every dog we've known to use them loves them.They are pretty hard, so they do aid in cleaning dogs' teeth.These last a very long while, especially if you get a size larger than you think your particular dog should need.Cons:Fairly expensive for only a few sticks, although the fact that they're long-lasting makes the up-front cost more manageable.You don't get a whole lot of them in the package; however, again, the fact that they last so long makes this more tolerable as well.Due to the fact that these are so hard, and the fact that they are cut square with prominent edges, means that stepping on one of these things barefoot in the dark is akin to stepping on Legos barefoot (watch where you're stepping!).Overall, these are one of the best things we've found for our dog, and she will sit an chew on them for long periods, yet one stick will last for weeks. I highly recommend these treats for your dogs, especially those prone to chewing.My dog loves these. This batch may not have been as flavorful because he hasn’t been as excited w them. I soaked them in no sodium chicken broth over night and that made them more enticing to him.I've been trying different brands of yak chews for my 7 m/o 15lb cavalier and I think I found the one I'll be purchasing moving forward! A few reasons why:1. Quality: These are long lasting, though my pup is only 15lbs and not the most aggressive chewer, he is however a very dedicated chewer (can chew for hours on end). We don't regulate how many hours a day he chews on this but we can give him one and it lasts a few days! We also have not experienced any splintering or ability to chew off large chunks - though we have noticed some small shavings in the area that our pup chews, that is expected and more on our pup's side because he's too preoccupied with the chew itself (and it is easy to vacuum).2. Odorless: A few other brands I've tried sometimes have a smokey smell to their yak chews that ends up transferring onto our pup but this one is truly odorless.3. Price: The pricing is very fair for the quantity and quality that you get compared to some other brands.Was not as happy with these ones as the ones I purchased from Pupford. The dogs don't seem to love them as much so I am not sure if it is the quality or what.My dogs love these. When the piece gets so small that it might be a joking hazard I pop them in the microwave for a couple seconds.
