I'll say that this is accurately advertised and sturdier than expected. It's basically the only grated spoon on Amazon so there isn't much to choose from.What would be awesome is if this spoon had a detachable "angled rest" of sorts so that I could stand the spoon up and apply downward pressure with the spoon angled down diagonally and grate away (mostly ginger in my case).Without a "rest" I have to do it in mid-air which is a bit more cumbersome but still gets the job done. Overall would still definitely buy again but wanted to pass along that optimization to the manufacturer.
