I purchased this electric meat grinder this month because my family enjoys eating grounded meat. Unfortunately, prices have gone through the roof in recent months and we needed a more cost effective way.My son loves pork in particular and so I decided to buy this meat grinder to make more grounded meat related to pork. However, it also grinds products such as fruits, turkey meat, and beef quite well. We were pleased by the results as the outcome looked natural. It was easy to assemble by following the instructions and simple to clean up. The meat grinder also doesn't take up much space in the kitchen so it was convenient. In my opinion, the price is also fairly afforable for such a useful product.Highly recommended for anyone looking to make their own ground meat, especially pork related products. Anyone can easily learn how to use this!Overall rating: 5/5Mainly for husband's use. We used as soon as we got it. He loves it. So far he's only ran ring balonga through it. I'm thinking bigger but yet to purchase more meat due to outrageous prices at the time being.I bought this in July of this year and got it specifically for my dogs because I make their food. So once a week this grinder got no less than 40 pounds of meat shoved through it.The cutting power is great. I’ve used par frozen and fully defrosted meats only and this machine has literally saved me several hours of cutting and cooking time.HOWEVER the first time I used and washed it the hopper plate coating discolored so there’s little spots on that (I don’t use it so don’t care too much about that.)The head can be a little difficult to clean so I’d advise a toothbrush and a little caution there.My feed screw has recently lost its coating which is now starting to rust. Not the whole screw, just where it clips into the shaft. I had washed and air dried all parts so take my mistake as a lesson.All in all I’m mostly happy with it. Take my mishaps into consideration though.It use to take me up to 2 hours to cut their meat by hand vs 7-10 mins now.This is a great machine, easy to use, and works very well. As noted by other reviewers, the finish on the grinding parts comes off and it takes a few uses for that to stop. Annoying, but not a deal breaker. Otherwise recommended.Bought this item after reading the reviews. It is very easy to use. I started out making fresh hamburger. From my research on line I came up with the following procedure. Buy a 1 lb chuck steak cut from a chuck roast. Ask for a slice of beef fat. 1 inch thick scrap. They usually toss it in for free. Put the metal grinding parts that is easily removed in the freezer. Hour was enough time. 15 minutes prior to use cut up meat and fat into cubes about 1 inch square. Put on cookie sheet and put in freezer for 15 minutes. Use the middle size grinding plate. Grind everything once onto plate. Put through a second time. Patties easy to form. Best tasting hamburger. Meat goes through smoothly. The motor had no problem grinding. Never had to use reverse. For the price I am very satisfied. There is a little compartment in the back that holds extra parts. Immediately after use I rinse and wash all the removable parts. I was looking for something to make small batches. This works well.Product is okay. A little cheaply made for price point, but I got a great deal on it during prime days, so whatever. I do have a problem with the delivery. I expect packages to be delivered to my front door, simple right. Normal, right. This was delivered to the ditch in front of my house. I'm not happy that this is the second package Amazon has delivered to the ditch in front of my house.Couldn’t believe how fast this grinder worked on 3 lbs of beef- literally seconds!! Easy to clean and use- very happy with this purchase!I had meat grinder in the past, it was a grinder from hell! This one is so easy and powerful. It is easy to assemble ,disassemble and clean too. I just love it.No !!! i had to tods ot away. I bought it from .sg and it cane with us voltage!! not buying anymore appliances from your site !
