Great quality! I've been using this coffee mug for 2 years, and it's been in and out of the dishwasher and microwave, but there's been no fading at all. The design is actually printed on the mug, so that's why it keeps on trucking. Design is cute and fun, and I've received lots of fun compliments about it. Packed well, so it arrived without any chips, nicks or dents. Inferior mugs from other sellers have a sticker that's applied to the mug. Stay away from those others!
