The lock holding the lid down are a bit weird but nothing to worry about. The timer seems a little cheap and slips so we end up doing it manually. It does the job very well and we are happy we bought it. The one we wanted was outta stock and cost 2 1/2 times more. So this is fine.I use this for vegetables and fruits. It works very well and very fast. The only thing I do not like is the container doesn't come off. It is a pain to wipe out even with the brush that comes with.It's super easy to use. No installation. Use it out of box. It is very easy to clear since it's just powder. It takes only one minute to make sliced ginseng root into fine powder. This is the same type of machine that herb stores using except they are using more powerful ones.The price is very reasonable.It is the exact machine that I am looking for years.Great product and very well constructed. Took less than a minute for a 255g batch of grains to become bread flour. Worked so well that I ground an entire 5lb bag of grains (in 255g batches) in less than 15 minutes! Awesome product and it includes replacement blades.Easy to clean with the included brush and good value for cost.Not complicated but powerful .No problem grinding herbs i forage into fine powder to put into capsulesI was very happy with how fine the flour was. I used a soft white wheatberry and absolutely beautiful flour.I am happy with the grinder it does what it says. I grind dry ginger and turmeric and it was perfect I hope I will use it for long timeGreat machine !!Die Mühle funktioniert so wie sie soll (zumindest bis jetzt), allerdings ist die Ausführung lange nicht so wie in der Beschreibung angegeben.-) Die Verschlüsse sind relativ schwergängig-) der Eingebaute Timer ist ein Scherz-) wird schnell sehr heiß (das steht aber auch so in der Beschreibung)-) umständlich zu entleeren, da man die (oftmals heiße) Pumpe immer komplett heben und dann kippen muss. Die Ausführungen mit eingebautem Kippmechanismus (höhere Preisklasse) sind da sicher praktischer zu handhaben.I’ll start with detractors: first, the instructions are in very poor English grammar. Frustrating and at times I just had to laugh. Come on! Surely you can hire a competent translator. Second, I had to hold the top against the contact bars to make it work. Instructions say to adjust the screws but nothing I did improved the situation. Since the grind times are short, it isn’t a big deal. That said, surely this issue can be addressed - perhaps with improved instructions. I ground some rice this morning to check the functioning. In only a minute it produced a fine rice flour. I haven’t tried anything harder, like beans, yet. Based on some reviews, I expected it to be much noisier than it is. Overall, I’m satisfied with the product.honestly disappointed with purchase. This machine is only intended for extreme dry spices and lentils etc… tried grinding cashews , almonds and poppyseeds in the mill and it turned out to be total mess.. cashew and poppy turned into oil almost and had to throw them . i guess the manufacturer should address the heat and rpm issue in the grinder which i belive turns the grind in a wet mesh.. overall not recommend as a grinder for routine home grinding of herbs and spices however if specific dry lentils are intended than its ok…Eine sehr lauter Maschine. Man muss es nur mehrmals malen damit man den gewünschten Mahlgrad erreicht wenn man das Mehl besonders fein haben möchte.This spice grinder grinds up spices really well but there is no off switch! The push to start button is always in and the only way to turn it on is with the timer dial. In order to pour out the spices you have to pick up the entire machine to empty.Ease of use is non existent!
