The crank you turn in order to grind things came loose upon the first use, but all I had to do was find the right size hex key to fix it. Just tightened it a little and now it grinds just fine. Seems like it’s a bit rougher of a grind than I’d like and the drawer is awesome but a little more difficult to open than it could be. Not a bad grinder at all, just needed a little tweaking to get working.
