I bought the 4 pack. One of the grinder screws was misaligned at the manufacturing facility where it was made. The people that sell this were very apologetic and saw to it a replacement was sent right away. It's been hard to find this kind of customer service in the last few years. The pepper and salt grinders seem to do a real nice job at what they were intended to do. Because there are ceramic materials in the grinding parts I assume they'll last really well. I like the look of the grinders. At the same time I bought these grinders through Amazon I bought a set of peppercorns and pink salt. These grinders seem to work great with them.I already had two of this style grinder for black pepper and coarse sea salt. Wanted a third for Himalayan salt, so I ordered one of these. It’s exactly what I wanted. It looks, feels, and operates like a quality product, just like the other two.Save yourself some trouble and avoid the similarly priced automatic grinders. They never last long. This one will last for years.I love the way they look. I purchased a 4 pack and one came that didn't live up properly. I emailed pictures to customer service and they were quick to respond and replace it. They are easy to use and very stylish.Love this grinder I use it for my Himalayan pink salt and it works perfectly! I like the lid that allows it to my kitchen to stay clean after using it. They're easy to fill, easy to use and they look nice. I've had a few break on me just after a year, so I'll update if these do the same.This was exactly as advertised. Dentro del paquete muestran una leyenda de que son un negocio familiar y que, si sale mal el producto, que no se reporte a Amazon y que ellos te envían el repuesto pero esa leyenda es algo que ya he experimentado en productos chinos. It's recycled glass, which is unclear and dirty.Wow I am loving this product. Built quality is superb and it crushes the black pepper so nicely. I recommend every one to once buy this product it will reduce a lot of work if someone using black pepper in the kitchen. Thank you Amazon. We can use it for making sandwiches at home. For black tea. For salads. Now after buying this grinder it is very easy to grind the pepper for my salad. It is the best one for batchelor's. They can use it for different dishes with a lesser time.
