I was looking forward to this, but opening the box it looks like it was thrown around the warehouse, this is definitely not a new item. There is a residue on the cords like it was sprayed with something or was wet at some point. The key to lock bits in place is also the incorrect size, it is much too large to use on this. The manual is torn and full of typos, I don't think this is really an American company, the quality overall is just too low, a small business would know better and care more about the presentation and quality. I'm lucky the motor and foot pedal even works, but I have to modify the key still to even be able to use it..Giving 2 stars because it does run aside from the other issues..Edit: After using this rotary tool quite a bit and really going at it to see it's capability, it is a better product than I thought. Honestly if they just up their quality control a bit my first impression would have been a lot better. The tool is pretty good, it's better than my Dremel 3000 was overall. The foot pedal is a nice change and the flex shaft it comes with is high quality compared to the ones dremel uses. If there were no issues when I first opened the box I would have given this a 4 star review.
