I’ve ordered this product 3 times so far but I’ve only received it once… I received it the first time, no problems… The second time I ordered it for some reason there was a problem shipping it, they had the correct address but it never came… This was back in April and around the end of June, beginning of July, Amazon sends me a message saying that the product was delivered… I searched around the house couldn’t find it, I checked the mailbox for 3 days looking for it and it never arrived… I paid $19 for one and never got it and never got my money back… I tried ordering it again about 2 weeks ago and received another message saying the the package was damaged and would not be delivered, it was being returned to the shipper… About 2 days later Amazon did refund my money…I’m disappointed that this has happened more then once because I really loved this product, it made my food taste great and the color was amazing… Purple is my favorite color and if made cooking fun… I’ve been unable to find this exact product anywhere else, really disappointed with this shipper…
