Pros: Delivered as described, undamaged. Funnel shipped separately, but arrived the next day. Incredibly low priced (1/10th) compared to US made stainless steel versions. Works more or less as described. Adjustable milling from cracked grains to "almost" flour. Processes WAY more grain than advertised. I ran 250 lbs of hard, red wheat in just under an hour (see below for caveat). If just cracking grain (not turning to flour), it can probably do 10x the advertised speed. So far have put about 1,000 lbs of wheat through it twice and it shows no signs of breaking down.Cons: 220v versions ships with wrong plug - you have to replace this to make it work on American 220v outlets. Fit and finish is a joke, the paint and hardware is cheap and almost laughable, but if what it looks like doesn't matter and you just want it to work then it's an incredible bargain. Funnel is not big enough for any legitimate job it holds about 5 lbs of grain is all. There are no stainless steel parts, so DO NOT GET IT WET or use in high humidity environment! The interior will rust out unless you dry it off with a hair dryer and oil it after each wash (not recommended). It will NOT make flour from whole, dry grains on one pass - you have to crack it first, and then run it through again, but even then it will not really make super fine baking flour - but it's close, and would probably work for something like whole wheat bread, etc. The upside is it is so fast that it is not a deal breaker, you just have to have a couple more containers to cycle it is all. There is no dust mitigation so it makes a holy disaster of a mess and does not include explosion proof housings so you either need to figure out your own dust control or use it outside as doing otherwise (like in a warehouse) could be extremely dangerous. It's wobbly so we used an orange ratchet strap to hold it onto a low table to keep it from walking around, and it's loud as hell, but again if you're smart about it, wear ear-pro and you don't care about all these things, it's a solid little unit.Biggest complaint: There is no frigging switch!? You have to either plug/unplug or switch your breaker on/off to run it. This is a stupid oversight, and they should upgrade it to include a switch. We wired our own switch onto it.Conclusion - If it dies, we would buy it again. In fact, we could (and just might) buy 10 of them for the same price as prettier, competitive models! But you guys should seriously put a switch on it!!
