The grinder is easy to put together, take apart, and easy to clean. It is extremely fast in grinding meat. The No. 5 Weston is perfect for one person, or a family. I wanted better hamburger than you get in a regular store, so ground a roast into juicy hamburger meat! Took about 4 minutes to grind a 2 1/2 lb. roast (my first one). It tastes great. Will not buy store-bought hamburger meat anymore. Next I am going to grind a pork roast into sausage, add my spices, and eliminate added nitrates, etc. which kept me from being able to eat sausage. This grinder is more than worth the money.
