I am a CAT mechanic and often I have to remove the stupid Caterpillar taper - lock exhaust studs...……. Grrrrrr And this unit after I drill a 1/8" hole through the center this unit with a SNAP-ON 1/8" carbide cutter quickly removes the bolt and I am able to back out the remaining part of the stud like in sections of a spring. This tool makes a nightmare job a piece of cake, and is so easy to hold and use, and it's collet is perfect, and the variable speed works awesome...…… How would I rate this tool? I'm getting another one :)The only problem with getting another one from this vendor, is his price is no longer competitive, and it is way over priced now, and seller has it listed at exactly the same price as Snap - On does or higher, which leaves me no incentive to buy from this vendor. So I bought my second one from Snap-On.
