It works like a charm. Its made by Philips in India. The knob became stuck after some use. I opened it and found one of the two screws holding the knob came loose due to the vibration. That screw jammed the knob from turning. Whoever assembled it should add a drop of Loctite threadlocker to the screws. Otherthan that the mixer is great.Only used this maybe 10 times now so not sure of durability like some other users that had had theirs longer. So far, I've used the spice grinder and it's great. I love the medium jar for pureeing masalas and curries.. this blends all the little bits of cashews that the ninja was leaving. Now my curries are just as smooth as the restaurant.I love the preethi's grinder and thats the reason bought it again but this time the jars were not of high quality. the handles after 6-8 usage is partially cracked and the blades are not sharp enough after couple of time using them.The different jar size is a great deal. The smaller jar and the medium are the most used. Works great. No complaints so far. I have been using it to grind spices and coconut chutney. It would have been nice if the medium size jar comes with a see through lid.Preethi mixers are the mixers good for all indian grinding.I ordered this product at Miami, Florida before my family arrive here.What it shows in the picture it came exactly the same with fantastic quality.I really appreciate and will surely rate this 5 out of 5 just because of the quality it has.Definitely its a wonderful product and major thing is my behalf loved it what else the feedback remain then from my side :)It works very well, but the spring under the jars get very tight and it is very noisy.It heats up pretty fast when you grind batter for idli/dosa(2-3) mins. We have to take breaks in between and it is annoying. Apart from that no issues
