My son can't swallow pills. I had been using a wooden spoon to crush his medication. this little device makes it so much easier,. This cuts and grinds all of his medicines very well.this is a fantastic small device which effectively and efficiently splices and cuts both small to large pills, making it easier to swallow (if you are like myself who has trouble taking large capsules without needing to split them into two pieces.)
